Frequently Asked Questions 

1. What payment methods does The Cozy Village accept?

American Express, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Meta Pay, Visa, Discover, Mastercard, Paypal, Venmo and Diners Club are accepted.

2.What is your return policy?

Each item is hand made to order so ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please contact me with any concerns and I will be happy to help.

3. How will I know if you have received my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order has been received. 

4. When will I receive my order?

Most items takes 5-7 days to create, however, each item is hand made to order and some items may take longer to make so please read the processing times under the item that you're interested in. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number.

5. How much does shipping costs?

Shipping cost is determined by the weight of the item and your location, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically upon checkout.

6. Can I pick up my order instead?

Unfortunately, the local pick up option is not available at the moment. 

7. Is local delivery available?

Yes, local delivery is available within a 4 mile radius from Dorchester, MA.  For orders $60 or more local delivery is FREE, for orders under $60 there is a $5 fee. Once I am finished creating your item you will be notified when your package will be delivered. 

8. Do you accommodate special color requests?

Yes, if you're interested in an item in a special color you can send an email from the contact us page.

9. Where do you ship to?

Only to the USA at the moment.
